Had minor issues installing the unit. Contacted customer support. They sent out a replacement immediately, no questions asked. I also lost my remote control and they sent a replacement free. Great product and great customer support

It worked great out of the box.It holds my Ipod Classic perfectly with adjustable arms.I am using it to charge my W880I.You may need to change Frequency time to time,Other than that, it is great!!!

I have had the 3 in 1 Car Kit for my iPod for about a month now. It is far better in terms of audio quality and usability compared to a more expensive unit I replaced it with. It stays firmly in place in my 12v outlet in my car and always transmits a clear signal to my radio. I am very satisfied with the product, and would recommmend it - especially given the affordable price.

I bought this item from Satechi a week ago.. I am using with My Ipod Video, at the same time is charging my Motorola Razr phone. Remote comes hand when I am driving around. Solid Product good Price.
