In regards to the two reviews below: I don't know if they changed this product slightly since the introduction of the 2nd gen Nano, but I drove all the way across town to try out the fit at Best Buy based entirely on the reviews of those two who said it didn't fit. It fit great. I then informed the in-laws that this would be an excellent birthday gift to accompany my new Nano. It arrived and it is about perfect for the task at hand. The Ipod is well protected and the belt clip and armband provide choices for use at the gym. So, this is good all the way around. If you guys who couldn't figure out how to insert your Ipod in this thing and then wrote reviews about it read this, contact me, I'll tell you where to send the check for gas money.

Not sure what "Limited Usage" reviewer is looking for...
As I see it, this cover is for using your ipod while working out.
Neoprene is perfect - won't let rain or sweat through. There's even a small cut-out so you can get the the lock switch.
Plastic film covers and protects the screen and the wheel. It is true the feel of the wheel is a little "thick" but how often are you fooling with our ipod during your workout?
Yes, ipod fits snug and the velcro retaining strap does cover the data port, but it can be easily pushed out and connected via USB cable or dock. In fact, fit is good enough so that if the velcro retaining strap comes off, the ipod can't slip out on its own, even with heavy jarring. (Believe me, it won't come out unless you push it out.)
It was exactly what I was looking for, and I'm glad I purchased it, even though I paid full-price.

I bought this product for my 1st gen iPod Nano, specifically to wear on my arm while I run. It has been exposed to sweat, heat, cold, rain, etc., and my iPod has been perfectly protected.
My FAVORITE FEATURE is the clip. Without removing it from the protective sleeve, I can attach or remove from the armband, depending on what I'm using it for. When worn on the arm, there is no irritation from the clip itself. If I'm running with a jacket or using it for something other than exercise, I can clip it to my waistband, jacket, etc. It clips very securely. I love the fact that I never have to remove it from its sleeve, no matter where I'm taking it. The velcro flap at the bottom opens to easily access the port for charging.
I have not had any problems using the wheel while in the case. It is a *little* less sensitive than without, but I am overall satisfied with its performance.
Great buy on Amazon... I paid $29.99 at a "retail discounter."

The previous reviewer misses the point.
Yes, this thing pretty much covers/makes useless the iPod, save for the headphone jack.
But that is the point. When I'm cutting the grass, I don't want my iPod to be open and easy to get at/use. I want to press play, bundle it up, and go!
So this product is *great* for that use.
