Sturdy case protects your Ipod Touch October 6, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It is made of a nice and sturdy rubber material. It does what it is supposed to and does not alter the look of the Ipod. The comment from the previous reviewer regarding the charging dock may have been wrong handling as I've never experienced that issue.
Sturdy, but interferes with operating the iPod July 16, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The case is made of thick, sturdy rubber, and it was a firm fit. This was very encouraging and I applaud the workmanship in this regard. However, I'm not sure if it's just a one off lack of precision in the case that I got, but I had difficulty plugging a docking/charger cable into the iPod Touch while the case was on. The opening at the bottom wasn't quite aligned, so the rubber got in the way of proper seating and locking in of the plug. I stopped using the case when I had to remove it to get a proper docking connection going.
For me, a case falls FLAT once it interferes with basic operations of the unit, and plugging in a docking cable is as basic as it gets.
A Badly Designed Case October 22, 2008 I loved the case for the first month I had it. It felt sturdy, yet not excessively bulky.
However, after about a month, I noticed that the rubber was either warping or deteriorating. There were gaps in the case where it didn't fit snugly against the phone. The deterioration of the rubber caused the rubber to snap around the headphone jack. I've handled my phone with kid gloves, so I'm confident the problem is with the case. If you read other reviews of this case, this is not an isolated problem...the problem with the rubber material is widespread.
This wouldn't be such a problem if the company had any customer service at all. The website boasts of a 1 year warranty on this product. However, two emails to customer service have gone with absolutely no response.
Buyer beware with this product and this company!
