Fairly easy as far as VPN routers go, good directions and intuitive interface. Also pretty cheap considering it has gig interfaces. I set 3 of these up for remote administration and had all of them going within an hour.

I was a bit skeptical about this product due to some early reviews that were negative, but I've had a great experience. It offers a very rich set of functions, and has definitely reduced "suspicious activity" I had been experiencing with my prior router (an old Linksys Etherfast DSL Router). I've had to reset it only once in the three months I've had it. I have not tried its VPN support.
I'm very pleased with this product.

This router basically set it self up. We needed to attach a printer and two computers to the same port and this worked beautifully. Just plug in and follow the install instructions and you are all set to go.

I purchased Linksys RVS4000 to replace my old 10/100 internet gateway for my home business. The router's user interface is intuitive and the setup went flawlessly. I was able to setup a QuickVPN user account and verify the VPN connection from my neighbor's home network through the internet on the first day. The throughput of file sharing in the local network is fantastic. I am especially happy to find that this router also supports my Vista PC out of the box, although Linksys does not spell it out in the datasheet. I am very happy with this investment so far.

I purchase this router for my home office. To verify its IPS feature, I tested some intrusion scenario. It did work. This will benefit the end users like me who do not want to spend big money but still requires the network security.
Its IPS GUI has cool graphics and statistics.
