14K Yellow Gold and Sterling Silver Diamond Heart Pendant and Earrings Set. The cut-out designs of these hearts complete a stunning look of pave set diamonds, 14K yellow gold and sterling silver. Diamonds in earrings are 0.20 CTW. Earrings are 9/16" in length with omega backs. Pendant, 1 1/2", hangs on an 18" sterling silver wheat chain. Diamonds in pendant are 0.77 CTW. Set = 0.97 CTW, almost a full carat!
