5 out of 5 stars Relaxing and Rejuvenating   December 2, 2008

Beyond what I've learned as my children watch Dora the Explorer, I don't speak a word of any languages except English. Though I don't understand the exact Il Divo is singing for many of their songs, but they sing so beautifully and with such emotion that I can understand the meanings of the songs, and that's what is really important. These men have beautiful voices! My favorite song is track 4, Halleluja (Aleluya). It's gorgeous! This is a great cd to listen to when I'm stressed or just want to relax. It's soothing and makes me feel happy. I'd definitely recommend it.

5 out of 5 stars GREAT album   November 30, 2008

I have all the other Il Divo albums and i can definitely say: it is their best album yet. I think not only that it is beautiful and sounds great but instrumental arrangements are amazing, the singing is superb. when it comes to the choice of songs: unexpected and different songs, but they all came together under the il divo sound...and they totally made them their own songs.

5 out of 5 stars Il Divo's Latest CD Keeps Its Promise   December 2, 2008

Prior to receiving this CD, I was only minimally aware of Il Divo, the princes of popera. I had seen them on television several times, and knew that they had amazing voices and harmonies. When I first listened to this, I was blown away. These songs truly showcase Il Divo's incredible harmonies. The instrumentals are expertly arranged. The melodies are deceptively simple, yet compelling. Each song is full of pleasant surprises in harmonies, melodies and dynamics. If you listen, and emerge yourself in the music, you will not only be interested, you will also be lost in the music. With the exception of Amazing Grace, the songs are in Spanish. Regardless if you understand the words, the music emotes the sentiment of the song in a way that makes it easy to understand the message of the music. Songs such as "La Luna", Angelina and Amazing Grace really showcase the power, range and precision of Il Divo's voices.

5 out of 5 stars Beautiful Music!   December 2, 2008

Beautiful music and their voices are awesome. It's not sung in English (except for Amazing Grace at the end) but is still wonderful to listen to. It was also fun to hear Mamma Mia in a different language.

Il Divo are still the best. This is such a great album. You really can't go wrong. This would be a super Christmas or Hanukkah gift for a music lover.
