I actually bought this at the Apple Store, not off Amazon, but the product is the same. This software is actually used on your i-pod, not directly from your Mac.
I could be wrong, but it was all in the fine print. I haven't actually got to try it yet. I wasn't one of the lucky kids to have found a Nano in my stocking.
