Product Description
True to their commitment of designing and producing innovative dog gear that enhances the shared interactive bond between humans and canines, Ruff Wear has revolutionized canine paw wear. Their Bark'n Boots Grip Trex feature two major advancements in dog boots-an upper inspired by human shoes and a high performance Vibram sole. Built on an anatomical mold, just like human shoes, the boot's upper maintains a consistent size, shape, and fit. The revolutionary upper design and construction ensures the boots are easy to put on, easy to secure, provide continued comfort, and most importantly, the boots stay on paws-from the first mile to the last. For the revolutionary sole, Ruff Wear partnered with Vibram the world's leading developer of soles for active pursuits. The partnership produced the unique Grip Trex design with omnidirectional treads and traction zones customized to the demanding needs of active dogs. The sole generates unequaled grip, traction, durability, and performance. Together, these two advancements produce a completely revolutionary dog boot from top to bottom. Put our Bark'n Boots Grip Trex on your dog and unleash the canine athlete inside, then do your best to keep up with your four-legged friend and enjoy the fun. 5 out of 5 stars Best Boot in the Business...   November 17, 2008

Hello all:
This is the best boot you will ever buy! Our unit work Cadaver K-9's for local law enforcement in California. We used these boots in the recent Wild Fires, and they protected the dogs paws flawlessly! The soles of the boots are pretty much bullet proof (not really... a bullet would penetrate). Even with hot embers, the dogs were not affected at all. Mission complete due to Ruff Wear boots!

5 out of 5 stars good boots   November 30, 2008

We ordered the ruffwear boots for our dog after he injured his foot.
They looked the better than all the other boots we considered. They are
very easy to put on our dog, they stay on well and are very durable.
We are very happy with them. Our dog doesn't seem to mind wearing them.

2 out of 5 stars stylish but not very functional   January 9, 2009
Used once and the velcro strip on one of the boots already started to seperate. Used twice (in the snow) and our dog lost one of the booties...not any better than cheaper products we've tried before.

1 out of 5 stars NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS   November 25, 2008

Ruffwear boots are more for you than for your beloved dogs. They are a good idea, but thats all it is an idea. My dog hates them. They do not support his ankles. They are VERY CHEAP on the inside, and the outside material is not much better. To make matters worse, they are a terribly disorganized company and there is absolutely no standard for customer service. And just one more thing, when did it become okay to charge sixty bucks on doggie boots????
