It's neat for moves, just harder to skin stick for handless moves January 5, 2009
I bought this pole, the white one. It is fine for the majority of tricks except that it's more difficult to stick when you're doing handless moves, you can clean it down with alcohol, make sure your skin is dry, but depending on what move you're making you'll notice your sliding down when you want to be able to stick the move still. You can do a handless pole sit but you have to squeeze twice as hard. I've been on various types of poles and noticed that I was able to stick to the metal ones, stainless steel or brass, the next one I buy for myself will be stainless steel. I'm limited in my pole tricks with lil mynx only because I want to focus on all the handless ones that require your skin to stick firm to the pole (though painful, as some advanced moves are, but will stick). I'm in the advanced stage with several advanced moves down but they're with hands - I recommend stainless still for moves with no hands.
