This item is super - has everything you need and more and the synchronization was easy - just like someone else said 1. make sure the time is same on pc and organizer 2. download the software 3. plug in, turn on organizer 4. synchronize with outlook(you must have this software which I also got very reasonably from amazon) you get address book, calender, to do and more.
A super organizer

For the price this organzier is a great buy. I read other peoples reviews and don't agree with everyone about some its features. I found the display to be sufficently bright and easy to read (although I never use it in direct sunlight) I downloaded names, address, etc. from an Excel spreadsheet on my PC without much effort. I use it for appointments all the time and it works great. I have had it for over two years and never had to change the battery yet. The only downside I found was the stylis can fall out easily. After I lost my second stylis, I fashioned one out of a stick from a maple tree and made it fit snuggly. I have not had a problem with it falling out at all and its works fine.

Works very good. Have problem with connecting to PC. Will not work with Office older than 2008. Mine was a 2007. Other than this problem it fits the need.
Thank You

I am a busy mom of 2 active children and I also work outside of the home. I bought this devise to be my memory for me. I did not want something that was going to be much time for me to learn how to operate or have a bunch of feature I was not going to use. This is the best thing that I have bought in a long time. Also good for the price.
great product for little money February 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
First of all, I have to say this is the first electronic organizer I'm using, so obviously I can't compare it to anything else. Now, disclaimer away:
I think this is a great product. It's cheap (I bought it refurbished for $20), and it does exactly what it's supposed to: help you remember things. I use it to remind me of meetings, to store the bus schedule, or to write a shopping list. I must say I'm one of those people who likes each thing to do its own job, so I'm really not a big fan of PDAs that play music, connect to the internet, show you where you are, and what not (maybe they'll eventually do your laundry, too; that would be neat!)
