One day I was thinking to myself that if only I could just condition my hair but somehow still get my scalp clean, my problems would be over. I've always had a very oily, itchy, flaky scalp, and the driest hay-looking split ends you've ever seen. I also would always break out in large, painful, pussing pimples on my scalp. I tried dandruff shampoo, gentle shampoo, super-conditioners for the ends, etc. No combination ever affected the oily, itchy, flaky scalp, dry ends combo I had. I even got regular trims! So I saw this product a week after thinking of the "cleansing conditioner" theory and of course I bought the 6 pack with all 6 flavors to try. It was like a miracle. I knew it would work; even the bad reviews didn't deter me. No more oily scalp. No more itch. No more flakes. No more dry ends. And the best thing, I have not had one scalp pimple since using this product. After trying all 6, I greatly prefer the Sweet Almond Mint. It is the smoothest one, therefore easiest to apply. The thicker ones, (Lavender and Fig,) are hard to work with. Also, the smell of it has been the biggest hit with the boyfriend. He did not care for the Tea Tree or Cucumber smell. Also the Almond Mint seems to have the exact right balance of moisture for me. Fig was too moisturizing and Lavender actually dried out my hair a little as did the Tea Tree. The Cucumber was also a great moisture balance but the smell is not as good and sweet as the Almond Mint. In closing, I'll just say that if they ever stop making this product it will be a dark, dark day in my life. I don't know what I'll do.

I have ordered this 2 different times. I started with the cucumber mint and loved it. When I went to reorder it they were out so I decided to try the Sweet Almond Mint. I love that even more!! I have a lot of hair but it is fine. My main concern when ordering this was that it would weigh my hair down and it would look flat and oily. This did not happen at all! I think when people say it did make their hair feel dirty the problem may be not rinsing it out completely. All of the steps do take a lot of time from saturating your hair to massaging the conditioner in to leaving it it to finally rinsing it out. I probably take the most time out of the process to make sure I rinse everything completely. I read somewhere that when you think you've rinsed your hair enough rinse it for 2 minutes longer. I have followed that and have had no issues with my hair not feeling clean. I wash my hair every other day and even on the 3rd day with Wen it looks far cleaner than with any of the other shampoos/conditioners I've ever used (and I'm picky!)and my hair looks SO much better (and I thought it looked pretty good before). It is kind of expensive but it is SO worth it. Just remember RINSE, RINSE, RINSE!

First of all, I am not an employee or family member of an employeeof this company. I was extremely skeptical of this product while watching the infomercial. I was sucked in by the first 5 minutes. I watched the infomercial twice more and decided to give it a shot. It worked fantastic on my thick, coarse, slightly wavy hair. It left my hair clean, shiny, and manageable. I didn't even have to use styling products. I highly recommend this product.

Love this product. My hair had become very dry (due to grey hair and hair coloring). After the very first use, it was shiny and alive again.

THIS IS THE BEST HAIR PRODUCT THAT I HAVE EVER USED. FOR THOSE WHOM HAVE BEAT UP, OVER PROCESSED, DYED AND FRIZZY HAIR, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.
I WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN BECAUSE, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL WITH NO IMPROVEMENT.
MY HAIR FEELS LIKE IT IS REAL HAIR AND NOT A HORSES TAIL, (IN THE PAST I'VE USED STUFF FOR HORSES TAILS, SEE HOW DESPERATE I WAS?)
I CAN NOT RAVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH.
